175-home Canal Winchester development still under review


Officials continue to scrutinize plans for Canal Winchester's first major housing development in years.

Middletown Farms would sit on an 80-acre parcel of undeveloped land south of the intersection of Hayes Road and Lithopolis Road, today owned by a trust. Some of the land would have to be rezoned to pave the way for the development, according to an application from Indianapolis-based Westport Homes.
