2 Imperial Center buildings sell for $45M


A Georgia real estate firm has cashed out of an investment in Durham’s Imperial Center, selling two buildings for a total of $45.2 million.

Bridge Investment Group closed on the deal Monday, selling the Carlisle Place and Stratford Hall buildings to OA Development Inc., also of Georgia.

Combined, the buildings total 197,000 square feet of Class A office space and had an 85 percent occupancy rate at the time of closing, according to a press release. Major tenants include Bioventus and Accord…
