Two of North Carolina’s most affordable towns are in Wake County, according to a new report from financial analysis website SmartAsset.
The rankings look at more than just home price; the analysis considers how much people earn as well, in addition to what they pay for a mortgage.
Based on that combination of metrics, Holly Springs and Knightdale rank among the top 10 towns in the state when it comes to affordability, as they have been for each of the past four years.
