The $280.5 million buy that represents Boyd Gaming Corp. entry into Pennsylvania is now complete.
The Las Vegas-based casino owner and operator announced Monday its acquisition of Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia has been completed.
"Valley Forge represents a key expansion of our nationwide portfolio, giving us the opportunity to serve the vibrant Northeast region," said Keith Smith, president and CEO of Boyd Gaming, in a statement.
