Trio Hookah Lounge at 8725 Old Kings Rd. was temporarily shut down on Feb. 4 after inspectors found five live roaches on the walls, issued a stop sale on food due to temperature abuse, advertising grouper but only having swai on site, no proof of managers or employee training and 12 basic violations.
