Project Slugger developer says deadlines most important in parking deck selection


The reopened discussions between Roy Carroll and the city of Greensboro about a private-public partnership to build a $30 million downtown parking deck hasn't alleviated any of the concerns of developer Robin Team, whose six-story office building next to First National Bank Field was the catalyst for the plan.

Team told Triad Business Journal on Friday afternoon that he has two priority deadlines for a parking deck built on or very near the intersection of Bellemeade and Eugene streets.
