The 350 acres of undeveloped land is in a growing industrial area of Casa Grande, a city with a population of about 60,000 people. The city is attracting the likes of Lucid Motors, Kohler Co.'s $300 million manufacturing facility and multiple semiconductor and vehicle manufacturing suppliers.
