$352 million acquisition of Sezzle called off as buy now, pay later market sours


Sezzle Inc., a Minneapolis fintech company that was a player in the "buy now, pay later" space, had planned to be acquired by an Australian rival. But the deal fell apart after the market values of both companies fell sharply amid higher interest rates and recession worries.
