Homebuilding heavyweight Lennar, which has sold hundreds of millions of dollars of houses in the Austin area in recent years, received Pflugerville City Council's to develop a 98-acre site at the southwest corner of Cameron Road and Jesse Bohls Drive. Tons of residential development is still happening across Central Texas, and buyers are finding increased leverage as inventory ticks upward.
