3D Development seeks new apartment builder for prime Crossroads Arts District site


3D Development and Lux Living tussled in court this year over a plan to build a 246-apartment complex before agreeing to part ways. Now, 3D seeks a new partner and recently listed a prime property within its broader development area — and it comes with preapproved zoning and incentives.
