3M new health care company will need a headquarters. Can the Twin Cities hang onto it?


3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) could have said its health care company would remain based in the Twin Cities when it announced the spinoff last month. It didn't.

That at least raises the possibility that the new HQ could be in play. And as Axios reports, the Twin Cities should expect lots of players.
