Chef Nick Bognar’s food keeps earning national acclaim from the likes of Food & Wine, Esquire, and GQ magazines. He opened his first restaurant — a Southeast Asian establishment called Indo — in the Botanical Heights neighborhood in 2019. Bognar had already been working at his parents' restaurant, Nippon Tei, prior to opening Indo.
