Earlier this year, my colleague Jake Abbott told you that Taichi Bubble Tea — a new-to-market franchise chain — was planning a location at 5801 Folsom Blvd., Suite 110, in East Sacramento. Update: The new bubble tea shop is now open, according to its Facebook page. Bubble tea is an iced drink that generally includes tapioca balls.
