Tokyo Cream, a new Japanese dessert shop, opened this past weekend in Roseville. The business is at 1906 Taylor Road, No. 110, near the former Islands restaurant building. Its menu includes Japanese soft-serve ice cream, boba drinks, specialty coffees and a Japanese pastry dessert.
