Earlier this year, my colleague Jake Abbott told you that the locally owned Toasted Rooster Cafe would fill a space previously occupied by Eggie's Restaurant in Arden-Arcade. Update: Toasted Rooster Cafe, which serves breakfast and brunch, recently began a soft opening at 1650 Fulton Ave. Alcohol is not yet available at the business.
