Boulevard 41, which offers custom-made personal pizzas and a self-pour beer wall, is now open near Hop House in the El Dorado Hills Town Center. This is the first location for the locally owned eatery. Through Aug. 30, Boulevard 41 has limited hours of 4 to 10 p.m.
