St. Louis-based urban developer McCormack Baron Salazar said on Tuesday that it’s added a handful of executives to its development team.
One of the new hires is Trace Shaughnessy, a previous Business Journal 40 under 40 honoree and co-founder of Gilded Age, the original redeveloper of the old city hospital in St. Louis. Shaughnessy is founder and principal of Shaughnessy Development, which has focused on mixed-use and multifamily developments in the St. Louis region.
