A Chicago developer is entering the fray again to build a major student housing project on North High Street.
CA Student, the student housing division of Chicago-based holding company CA Ventures, is looking at demolishing a set of five buildings at 2180 N. High St., about a block north of the intersection with Lane Avenue. It wants to replace the older buildings with a six-story mixed-use development.
