The head of a New York development firm acquired the top-floor penthouse of the Muse condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach for $14.13 million.
PMG – S2 Sunny Isles LLC, a joint venture between Property Markets Group and S2 Development, sold Unit UPH-1 in the condo at 17141 Collins Ave. to Amuse Me Holdings, managed by Irving Langer, the head of New York-based E&M Associates. The buyer recently secured $10.5 million loan from Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union with a maturity date of April 1, 2019.
