93-acre development on former Jabil property receives amendment to allow for expedited housing


A construction delay due to “adverse subsurface soil conditions” has led to a major delay on a 93-acre project on Gandy Boulevard. Without an amendment, more than 400 housing units would have sat empty for a year.
