This week’s Charlotte Business Journal lists the area’s largest commercial real estate firms, ranked by number of full-time local employees. JLL tops the list with 713 employees in the Charlotte area, up from 602 in 2017. The company has 37 local licensed commercial real estate brokers. In July, JLL represented Sharonview Federal Credit Union on its building purchase and headquarters move to an 180,000-square-foot space at Edgewater Corporate Center in Lancaster County.
