A new subdivision is gaining traction in Pelham.
Camellia Ridge, a Newcastle Homes development, is opening its model home next week off Bearden Road across from Pelham High School.
According to Newcastle Homes, four homes have already been sold in the subdivision, and 16 spec homes are completed or near completion in Phase 1. Six of those homes are already under contract. The initial phase will offer 30 homes, and 100 additional homesites will come in future phases.
