REVIEW: French program offers festive kickoff to CSO season


Louis Langrée’s light-hearted, all-French program was fitting for a gala opening night of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra’s new season.

The kickoff to the season Saturday in Music Hall included a formal fundraising dinner beforehand. Later, the entire audience was invited to a free “after-party” with dancing in the ballroom.
