One of Pittsburgh’s biggest private equity firms has sold a portfolio company it acquired in 2014.
Funds advised by Apax Partners bought Authority Brands, a Columbia, Maryland-based franchisor of home services, from PNC Riverarch Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.
