A recognizable office building along Towson's York Road is set to undergo extensive upgrades after it was purchased over the summer.
The 111,000-square-foot Heaver Plaza sold to 8 Greenridge Road LLC for $6.75 million, state property records show. The buyer is a local ownership group with multiple properties in Harford County, Baltimore and the mid-Atlantic region, said Sean Langford, vice president of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC.
