Progress continues on Re4orm Architecture's $25 million project in downtown Schenectady.
The Mill Artisan District is a 150,000-square-foot project that will include tech office space for the Jahnel Group, classroom and lab space for SUNY Schenectady, retail space and 74 apartments. It also has space for multiple brewing operations led by Frog Alley Brewing Co.
