Year in Review: South Florida’s priciest condo sales of 2018


Surfside and the Miami Beach market grabbed the biggest headlines in South Florida’s luxury condo market in 2018.

Fort Partners delivered the Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club in Surfside earlier this year. Many of the nation’s wealthiest people – including Chicago billionaire Neil G. Bluhm, Merrill Lynch & Co. Chairman and CEO E. Stanley O’Neal, Canadian billionaire Aldo Bensadoun, and Groupon co-founder Eric Lefkofsky – now own a piece of the Surf Club.
