Vanguard launches another actively managed fund


Vanguard Group has officially launched the Vanguard International Core Stock Fund, the latest in a series of actively managed products the company has unveiled since Tim Buckley became CEO in January 2018.

The new addition expands the investment management giant’s actively managed roster to more than 70 mutual funds and ETFs and represents the company’s effort to provide a complement to its longstanding index products. This is the fourth active product started in the past year.
