Houston-based accounting firm Calvetti Ferguson PC acquired Dallas-based CPA firm Mayrath & Co. PC to grow its footprint in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal became effective Jan. 1, according to a Jan. 2 statement from Calvetti Ferguson.
