Albany Country Club resumes push for housing development


The club was actively pursuing the project just prior to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020. The pace then slowed, but eventually resumed in earnest, including studies of the potential impact on traffic and wetlands. Those were completed this past summer.
