Business leader Mike Carpenter’s 3.44-acre private estate in the Woodlands area of Redmond has come on the market for $3.8 million.
Carpenter owns Redmond-based MGC Technical Consulting Inc., a telecom engineering company that provides services for fiber optic providers worldwide.
