Town In City Brewing has put its Heights location up for sale as it plans to expand, according to a press release from Houston-based NAI Partners.
The 3,749-square-foot building sits on about 2.3 acres at 1125 W. Cavalcade, per the release. It currently features a fully functional 15-barrel brewhouse with four 30-barrel fermentation tanks and two 30-barrel brite tanks, adjacent taproom, and outdoor seating area.
