Boston Beer hires new marketing officer from Welch’s Foods


Boston Beer Company (NYSE: SAM) has tapped an executive at Welch’s Foods as its new chief marketing officer, filling the role that has been vacant since July.

Lesya Lysyj will start in the roll in April, overseeing the company’s planning, development and execution of brand development, marketing and advertising initiatives. Lysyj has nearly 30 years of marketing experience in the food and beverage space, most recently serving as president of U.S. sales and marketing for Welch’s Foods.
