Judge rules on portion of UPMC-Highmark Consent Decree


A Commonwealth Court judge Wednesday denied the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s attempts to extend indefinitely the Consent Decree between UPMC and Highmark, but kept alive other aspects of the case, including potential modifications and action against UPMC as a public charity.
