Neighborhood groups back 31-building development at former hospital site


As the old California Pacific Medical Center hospital prepares for a 2020 shuttering, San Francisco-based real estate developers TMG Partners and Grosvenor Americas are ramping up plans for a 273-home, "family focused" project to replace the Presidio Heights campus.
