Pam Lyford’s Medina waterfront estate sells for $30M (Photos)


The Medina estate of adventuress Pam Lyford, which has been on the market for $35 million for a little over a year, has sold for $30 million.

“I am delirious,” says Lyford. “I am so happy that a neighbor family who only lives a few doors from me has bought it. And they are so involved with Children’s Hospital – so we share the same passions. I couldn’t be happier!"
