Canadian Bank to acquire Milwaukee-based investment bank Cleary Gull


The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) will acquire the Milwaukee-based investment bank Cleary Gull, which specializes in mergers, acquisitions and financing for companies between $2 million and $20 million of cash flow.

The acquisition will be completed over the next three months, said president and managing director of Cleary Gull Ronald Miller, after the deal is approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FIRA).
