Another tenant at Founders Station is poised to start serving patrons.
Cayo Coco will open Thursday, July 11, at the Orchestra Partners development on First Avenue North.
Andrew Collins, owner of The Collins Bar, is joined by Managing Partner Josh Schaff and Executive Chef Haller Magee, formerly of Satterfield’s Restaurant.
The new restaurant will serve Cuban-inspired dishes in a 1940s-era atmosphere complete with cubilete cups and die, a Cuban dice game.
