Bread & Butter Concepts has pulled one of its concepts from the menu.
The Kansas City-based restaurant group closed The Oliver Saturday, giving up on its Country Club Plaza space at 4807 Jefferson St. The decision was based on business and upheaval from construction on a new Nordstrom store.
