Lots of time (and glass) move Flashcube restoration forward [PHOTOS]

The redeveloper of the Flashcube Building in Downtown plans to completely overhaul Kansas City's first all-glass exterior building. And yes, that means replacing a whole lot of glass.

The $70 million project will convert the building at 720 Main St. into 184 apartments with high-end finishes and amenities. Apartments will range from studio to three-bedroom units.

Developer Worcester Investments selected general contractor MW Builder, whose team is in the midst of the overhaul.
