Stanford Health Care is being sued over masks it ordered in the early days of the Covid pandemic


As health care systems tried to protect employees in the early days of Covid-19, demand (and costs) for masks surged. Now a Chicago supplier claims Stanford Health Care didn't accept 8 million masks the system ordered and demanded a refund for 7 million it received.
