Advocate Aurora Health executives remain confident the Federal Trade Commission will approve a proposed joint operating agreement with Atrium Health of North Carolina after the two health care systems submitted 2 million pages of documents in response to questions from the agency, said Advocate Aurora president and CEO Jim Skogsbergh.
