Mall of America is adding another pandemic-related lawsuit to its plate. This time, it involves the fast-casual chicken tender chain co-founded by celebrity chef Guy Fieri, which signed on as a tenant of the mall three years ago but has yet to open.
The Bloomington, Minnesota-based mall recently sued the Chicken Guy chain, co-founder Robert Earl and his self-titled restaurant holding company, Earl Enterprises, alleging breach of contract. Fieri isn’t listed as a defendant in the complaint.
