Fort Worth-based Empire Holdings sells a 9-building industrial portfolio to Philadelphia buyer

Arden Group purchased the approximately 350,000-square-foot, single-tenant portfolio that includes assets across five states. Five of the properties are in Texas, including one in Fort Worth.
