Three dozen Hawaii restaurants were recognized in the 2018 Wine Spectator awards, which honors the world’s best restaurants for wine.
Hotel restaurants comprised almost half of the list, including Noe at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu; Hoku’s at The Kahala Hotel; La Mer at Halekulani; Nick’s Fishmarket at The Fairmont Kea Lani; and Son’z Steakhouse at the Hyatt Kaanapali Beach.
