The Puna district on Hawaii's Big Island was placed under a volcano watch after a crater floor collapsed at Kilauea Volcano causing dozens of small earthquakes in the volcano’s east rift zone over the past several days, prompting federal, state and local authorities to prepare for a possible eruption.
