NM bank board chair set to retire


After more than 35 years with Century Bank, Bryan “Chip” Chippeaux is set to retire.

The Santa Fe-based bank announced Friday that its board chairman plans to retire in early fall. He will continue to work with the bank in a limited capacity until then. Chippeaux, 63, began his career with Century Bank in 1983 as its principal accounting and operations officer and worked in a variety of roles, including president and CEO, according to a news release.
