Houston billionaire Tilman Fertitta has expanded his hospitality empire with the purchase of the Montage Laguna Beach Resort Hotel in Laguna Beach, California. The 30-acre hotel property, Fertitta’s 16th in the U.S., is one of only six Forbes Triple Five-Star hotels in the U.S.
