Venture capital firm adds 3 investors to Empower the Change Fund, aimed at minority-owned businesses


The venture capital firm, with offices in Clayton and New Orleans, has added three limited partners to a fund intended to help “close the racial wealth gap” by providing access to capital to minority-owned businesses.
