Franklin County land bank agency COCIC helped add nearly 350 affordable housing units, study finds


Central Ohio Community Improvement Corp. has helped raise property values over the last decade in Franklin County by demolishing more than 3,300 blighted residential properties and financing affordable housing development, according to a new analysis of its work.
